At E|B Beauty, LLC, professionalism, punctuality, and your satisfaction are my top priorities. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable beauty experience:

Appointments are not confirmed until the retainer is received.
The remaining balance is due the day of service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the retainer.
Rescheduling is allowed one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling may require a new deposit.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.
Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the artist’s discretion, with no refund of the retainer.
Makeup Studio Policy
To ensure a calm, comfortable, and focused environment during your appointment, only the client receiving services is permitted inside the makeup studio. This policy helps maintain privacy, minimizes distractions, and allows for a seamless and personalized makeup experience.

Skin Prep Tips Before Your Makeup Appointment
Preparing your skin before your makeup appointment helps create a flawless, long-lasting finish. Here are some simple steps to follow in the days leading up to your session:
-
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water daily to keep your skin hydrated and glowing.
-
Moisturize: Use a moisturizer suitable for your skin type to create a smooth base for makeup application.
-
Avoid harsh treatments: Avoid exfoliating, chemical peels, or any new skincare products at least 48 hours before your appointment to prevent irritation.
-
Cleanse thoroughly: On the day of your appointment, arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Use a gentle cleanser to remove any dirt or oils.
-
Skip heavy lotions or oils: Avoid applying heavy creams, oils, or sunscreen right before your appointment, unless specified otherwise.
-
Get enough rest: A good night’s sleep helps reduce puffiness and brightens your complexion.
Wardrobe tips
-
Wear a top that’s easy to remove (like a zip-up or button-down) especially if you're heading to a special event or changing into a different outfit afterward. This helps avoid smudging your finished look.
-
Choose a neutral-colored or off-the-shoulder top so you can see how your makeup looks against your skin tone and neckline.
-
Avoid tight turtlenecks or high collars, as they may interfere with makeup near the jawline or neckline.
-
If you're getting ready for a formal event, bring any accessories (earrings, veil, etc.) you plan to wear so we can ensure your overall look is cohesive.
Sanitation & Safety
-
All tools and products are thoroughly sanitized before and after each client.
-
If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to illness, please contact me to reschedule.
Photography & Portfolio Use
-
I may request to take photos of your finished makeup look for my portfolio and social media.
-
If you prefer not to have your image shared, please let me know prior to your appointment.
